TEST FOR DEFINITIONS HBEAG - NEGATIVE DISEASE
Purpose of the development:
Designed to determine the HBeAg - negative hepatitis.
Recommended application field:
Medicine, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Internal Medicine.
Advantages over analogues:
Of the 32 patients, 28 were diagnosed with a blood test for HBsAg (8 in blood donors during the blood testing, 16 patients of the impending plastic surgery and 4 - health care workers held a regular checkup). The remaining 4 patients approached us about the severe weakness, recurrent icteric sclera and dyspeptic complaints. In chronic NVeAg - negative hepatitis ALT levels significantly lower (294,3 ± 80,9) compared with chronic NVeAg - positive (855,4 ± 40,6).

Description of the development:
() Chronic HBeAg - negative chronic hepatitis occurs more frequently in men of older age groups are asymptomatic with low activity of aminotransferases and HBV DNA concentration, although histological examination of liver biopsy specimens often detects active hepatitis with a predominance of apoptosis and cytoplasmic localization with HB Ag. This option requires the differentiation of HCV seronegative NVeAg - positive chronic hepatitis and "inactive carrier" HBsAg, which requires long-term follow. It was found that the absence of blood NVeAg can match the strain of HBV, deprived of the ability to synthesize HBe (HBVe strain). The special features of chronic hepatitis B caused HBVe, is the absence of clinical improvement upon the occurrence of seroconversion NVeAg - anti - HBe, keeping increased ALT levels to the exclusion of mixed hepatitis, the detection of blood HBV - DNA, often in high concentrations> 50mg/50mkl. Tested in the clinic of the Institute of Gastroenterology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
