Purpose of the development: They are intended for current regulation in electric windings (up to 20A) with electromagnetic vibratory motor voltage of 1х220V or 1х380V.

As a part of vibratory electric drives (VED), regulators РЕНАП-1В are widely used in glass industry, building materials industry, processing industry, mining industry, transport and metering systems of discrete materials. Regulators РЕНАП-1В provide voltage, current (magnetic flow) regulation of vibratory electric drive. Due to elastic constraints (built-in elastic constraint of high stiffness and elastic constraints of low stiffness of bumpers) magnetic flow changes cause reciprocal movements – yoke vibrations 1 and conveyer belt with material. Their amplitude and frequency is regulated thus regulating conveyance speed of discrete materials. Operating controller performs individual and agreed control of VED by use of signals from level sensor of materials being transported (or sensors of amplitude, conveyer belt vibrations frequency) in vibratory conveyer belt mode or signals from weight sensor in a flow in vibrodosimeter mode. More than 100 systems with regulators РЕНАП-1В are used at many industrial enterpsises of Ukraine, Baltic and CIS countries. Competitive domestic electrotechnical equipment was commended with diplomas of the electrotechnical exhibitions of Ukraine.
