REAGENT TECHNOLOGY OF INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT OF NEW GENERATION

Designed for cleaning (neutralization) of industrial effluents.

() Reagent method using ferroferrigidrozolya (GFF) is the most efficient and cost effective among analogues in the world and allows us to solve complex industrial and environmental objectives, taking into account the recommendations put forward by the Helsinki Commission HELCOM. Allows to detect electroplating wastewater containing up to 28 chemical elements.
Ferroferrigidrozol - colloidal suspension oxyhydrates and ferric iron (80% Fe2 +) c pronounced sorption-reductive and coagulation properties. GFF provides coprecipitation of heavy metals, phosphates, Lcl, surfactants, dyes, organic material in a pH range. Thus, there is no need to separate waste in nature dirt on chromium-containing and acid-base, thus saving water resources, production facilities, chemical reagents. GFF effectively interacts with galvanic restoring Cr (YI), and divalent metals form ferrites and chromite spinel structure with a solid. The composition is applied under static conditions. With increased concentration of harmful impurities is effective in terms of circulation. One of the main advantages GFF - efficiency with respect to metal complexes. The effectiveness of this interaction depends on the pH. PH operating range 8-10,5. In addition, due to increased sedimentation properties GFF, sedimentation of sludge takes place directly in the reactor - special sumps are not needed.
