Advantages over analogues: Unlike existing waste incineration plants in the developed technology used "open" scheme of post-combustion, in which garbage is burned in a special high-temperature furnace. This oven does not cool the surface for heat recovery of combustion products, its use is carried out in a special boiler. This system allows you to apply the thermal afterburning of harmful gaseous emissions, which provide a high level of sanitary cleaning of gases.

Technical and economic effect: With regard to the plant for processing of municipal solid waste and drilling sludge capacity of 2.7 t / h amount of electricity to satisfy the needs of their own, and use it for sale to external networks. Funds from the sale of electricity and construction materials obtained from plant wastes, sufficient to cover the cost of natural gas and profit.

The main equipment are mini-factory waste incineration furnace capacity of 1.0 - 2.0 t / h, the furnace thermal decontamination gas heat recovery boiler, a three-stage gas cleaning system. As the recovery boiler can be used hot water or steam boilers. When steam boiler 2 t / h and higher Minifactory steam boiler is equipped with a turbine and a generator, which provides its own electricity needs of the plant.
