GEOINFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) OF ECOLOGICAL-ANALYTICAL CONTROL OF THE STATE OF COMPONENTS OF THE ENVIRONMENT
Purpose of the development:
The development can be used to assess the degree of pollution (air, soil, water) and management of environmental safety at the regional level.
Recommended application field:
Life safety, environmental safety, geotechnical and mining mechanics.
Advantages over analogues:
The evaluation of the impact characteristics of the projected activities is carried out in comparison with the existing approaches in four stages:
- classification of enterprises using the regulatory list of hazardous enterprises, including emergency hazardous production and technology;
- Inventory of pollution sources using microcontroller sensors from each class of substances with each technological process in time;
- identification of the hazard from the received risk values;
- determination of the risk level and zoning of the respective territories according to the risk values using the developed software.
The database of analytical indicators of atmospheric air pollution and surface natural waters is created. The array of raw data contains information from 20 enterprises on the indicators of inorganic and organic pollution.

Description of the development:
() Based on the results obtained, the fields of chemical contamination (predictive assessment) and the zones with corresponding levels of danger are graphically depicted. In the case of a negative outlook for the environment, a decision is made on appropriate measures to reduce the level of danger. With the help of the information sending unit, data on the increase in the level of environmental hazard are sent to the enterprises for urgent actions.
The functional capabilities of the pollution monitoring system for the components of the surrounding natural and technical environment are expanded, information on the condition of the surrounding and industrial environment is automatically obtained, a predictive estimate of the state of the contamination is provided; The relevant information is sent to enterprises in order to minimize emissions (discharges), a decision is taken to manage environmental safety levels and environmental risk levels, and as a result, conditions are created to deal with the technologically dangerous situation of industrially loaded areas.
