The technology of production of a generic substance substance has been developed to reduce the risk of recurrence of breast cancer. Preclinical studies conducted in the Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology named after. R.E. Kavetsky National Academy of Sciences (general acute and chronic toxicity, antiestrogenic activity and antitumor effect) confirmed the complete concurrence of the main toxicological and pharmacodynamic characteristics of letrozole with the Novelis Femar drug. A draft TOR was developed to create the Technological Regulations.
