PROCESSING OF ORGANO-CONTAINING WASTES IN VALUABLE SUBSTANCES AND MATERIALS
Purpose of the development:
Getting liquid products from plant waste.
Recommended application field:
Power engineering. Agriculture. Processing industry.
Advantages over analogues:
Unlike the world-known technologies for the processing of plant waste, most have an energy orientation, the development involves the simultaneous production of several highly liquid products and materials (technical and microcrystalline cellulose, alcohols, furfural, oxybenzaldehydes, high-purity SiO2, SiC and Si3 N4).

Description of the development:
() The integrated technology of processing of plant waste includes the following stages: preparation of raw materials for further processing; target processing of feedstock to produce a specific product; thermal decomposition of residual biomass after extraction of one or more products; tin fractionation of the residue formed after heat treatment to produce high purity products; tin recovery of the residue, if in the technological process there is no stage of fractionation for a particular customer (fertilizers, construction materials, reagents for water treatment).
On request, a technology is proposed for processing specific biomass.
