Purpose of the development: For the diagnosis of pneumocystis.

Recommended application field: The medicine. In medical health care facilities with standard PCR laboratories.

Technical characteristic: The test sample contains a set of reagents: a master mix, positive and negative controls, and instructions for carrying out the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and interpreting the results obtained.

Advantages over analogues: There are no analogues in Ukraine. The test provides a quick, highly sensitive and specific diagnosis of pneumocystis.
