The medicine is a microbial mass of freeze-dried with the addition of sucrose-gelatin protective environment of live antagonistically active cells of strains of Bacillus subtilis BKПМ №В-2335 and B.licheniformis ВКПМ № В-2336. The medicine combines the properties of two complementary strains of non-pathogenic aerobic spore-forming bacteria, possessing antagonistic active properties against a broad spectrum of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, including antibiotic-resistant (St.aureus, E.coli, Salmonella sp., Shigella sp., Candida sp., Campylobacter sp.). The bacteria, that form the basis of biosporin, are capable of synthesis of biologically active substances (antibiotics, interferon, enzymes, immunomodulators, vitamins, etc.). Enough complex, multidirectional and multi-tier mechanism of action and high therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of biosporin by acute and chronic infections of humans and dysbacteriosis of varying severity, including children (including newborns) are provided. Biosporin does not affect the normal microflora of humans. The medicine is patented in Russia and Ukraine. There is the industrial production of the medicine. Packaging of the medicine in capsules that accommodate 1, 2 or 10 doses. One dose contains from 1 to 8 billion cells.
