The invention relates to adhesive compositions of hot and cold hardening. The resulting composition has a viscosity of OT-1 at 25 ° C - 30-40sec., Solids contents of 20-25 wt. %. Provides rubber-reinforced compound higher tensile and shear bundle (1.6 times), resistance to heat aging, and also allows mounting the tires on the basis of the Tax to the metal in porotsesse vulcanization and cold with high strength.
