Description of the development:

The development includes the technology of chemical and electrochemical synthesis of electrode materials and their research , development and research of non-aqueous electrolyte conductivity of lithium cations , including polymer electrolyte , solid inorganic electrolytes and modifying impurities in the electrolyte , electrode fabrication technology ; manufacturing technology lithium batteries of different designs including solid phase . On technology developed by JSC " DneprAzot " Dneprodzerzhinsk Dnepropetrovsk region synthesized active material - manganese dioxide powder . This synthesis method enables to obtain the electrode material with unique properties : high bulk density , high conductivity structure that provides high discharge characteristics . The technology of manufacturing of primary and secondary current sources based cathodes synthesized manganese dioxide . First shown the possibility of the successful use of this electrode material for lithium metal secondary power sources. Both primary and secondary lithium power sources based on the designed electrode material have high volumetric and weight characteristics . For primary cells provide stability characteristics of primary lithium power sources with a cathode based on it at 270 - 280mA h / g , and 170 - 150mA / h cycler at ( 100 th cycle) . Designed with the cathode current sources based on the synthesized material came lab tests of Energy. Based on the synthesized synthesis method developed MnO2 electrode material for lithium -ion current sources , which are promising for general use, including those for electric vehicles. Electrode material for lithium- manganese spinel can successfully replace the expensive material , lithiated cobalt oxide , which is now widely used in lithium-ion batteries . On the basis of the synthesized electrode materials , new electrolyte impurities in electrolytes manufacturing techniques and manufacturing primary and secondary lithium power sources visokoenergoemkie cylindrical disk and prismatic construction of different sizes with an operating voltage between 1,5 V; 3,0 V; 4,0 V. These power sources are used to protect memory in computers, portable devices , devices that need long battery power with low current consumption, remote control TV , cameras , medical field devices , devices for special purposes , and many other areas.
