Developed several technologies for the manufacture of diesel fuel using rapeseed oil. The competitiveness of these technologies give the following factors: - Saving of scarce fuel oil; - Renewability of vegetable materials; - A comparative ecological purity of the products of combustion; - The use of radioactively contaminated land reclamation and cultivation of oilseed rape. Rape absorb radionuclides from the soil. Most of them come in the stems and does not penetrate into the grain from which the oil is produced. It is proposed: 1. The set of equipment for the production of fuel blends of fuel oil and rapeseed oil. Includes 10-20 extruder to extrude oil from rape seed and plant for mixing fuel with highly cavitation processing and blending components. The design of the base unit - hydrodynamic mixer (activator) is protected by copyright certificate. Made pilot prototype installation, the commercial manufacturing extruders. The proposed set of equipment is simple and reliable in operation, small footprint. Long-term testing of the standard diesel engine fuel mixture produced by the installation showed that biofuels: - Does not require engine modifications; - Provides the same characteristics as the fuel oil; - Practically does not pollute the environment; - During storage does not separate into components. The technological process of rapeseed oil in single-component diesel fuel - rapsmetilefir (ITRs), which can operate without structural changes of standard motors. The scheme of the plant capacity of 60 tonnes per year of RME. There are research and development, design plan (together with "KPI") and a plant for the production of equipment transesterification of rapeseed oil methyl ester. For the production of 1,000 liters of RME is spent: - Canola oil - 100 l - Methanol - 110 l - Catalyst - 16 liters Additional forms: - Glycerin - 110 l Partial returns: - Methanol. Fuel and lubricants, made from rapeseed oil, more environmentally friendly. The emissions of harmful compounds is much less than when using petroleum fuels, including Sulphur - 70 times.
