Purpose of the development: For the production of biodiesel using special hydrodynamic processing a mixture composed of 70-90% fuel oil and 30-10% rapeseed oil.

Recommended application field: To prepare the mixture of diesel fuel from rapeseed oil based.

The design of the hydrodynamic mixer is protected by copyright certificate. The plant was developed of "Bolshevik" in conjunction with the Department of machines and devices of chemical productions NTTU "KPI". Prototype of the installation. Testing of fuel blends in the University of Kiev road transport on a standard diesel engine D-243 yielded positive results. Rape seed oil is pressed out by screw extruder manufactured by JSC "Bolshevik."
