Purpose of the development: The use of kilowatt fiber lasers and multikilowatt ranges: planar and 3D cutting, welding, including a body shop, remote, welding pipes, laser drilling, high-speed brazing, welding, thermal hardening, surface cleaning, cutting stone and concrete.

Technical characteristic: Power up to 50 kW, Efficiency 30% Delivery of radiation through the fiber up to 200 m, Resource pumping units> 50,000 hours.

Advantages over analogues: The divergence of the output beams of fiber lasers is significantly lower than other types of lasers, the same power range. This allows the use of long-focus optics with a much larger operating range. No supplies and adjustable dimension elements. Low energy network.

Description of the development:

Fiber lasers with output power up to several tens of kilowatts, operating in continuous mode or with the modulation of 5 kHz and with a total efficiency of 25-30%. Lasers can be bundled with multi-port optical switches, optical connectors and scanners.
