Tester blade profile is designed to meet the technological requirements of modern production blades of aircraft engines. At the heart of the device is a light-section method. Using the idea of ??the control wheel sets, laser lights form a narrow strip on either side of the blade to withdraw and outline the contour section for two-dimensional image profile. Moving object control with the drive, obtained profiles of the different sections of the blade. The use of spectral interference filter improves the signal / noise ratio. Image formed by a digital camera, transferred to the computer through a high speed serial interface.
