Description of the development:

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is a unique optical technology seninga that tracks changes in the refractive index of the medium near the surface of the sensor. SPR can be used to monitor a wide range of physical and chemical processes that cause changes in the optical parameters and geometry of the objects and has recently become a widely used technology for a comfortable basic and applied research in different directions. The most widely used in the world's laboratories for biochemical measurements. Plasmon 6 - is controlled by computer optoelectronic spectrometer, which uses the phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance (SPR). Gold film 45 nm thick deposited on a glass plate, which is in optical contact with the prism by using optically conciliation liquid. Gold film sensor surface forms, where polarized light from a semiconductor diode laser (k = 650 nm) excites the electron plasma oscillation (surface plasmon). Necessary conditions for the excitation of plasmons are special prism, which can look back on computer-controlled angle. The angular dependence of the intensity (SPR curve) is the main characteristic of the original instrument. Its shape and angular position of the resonance minimum allow you to make assessment of the refractive index and thickness of the layer of the object. Effective damping of a surface plasmon electric field extends over a distance of 200 nm from the surface of the gold film, which limits the thickness of the layer. The angular position of BPD varies with the least changes in the optical properties of the medium, and the device records the changes in real-time. The device has two optical channels. The second channel can be used as a measuring or as a comparative. Spectrometer, modified for electrochemical measurements, has an additional input channel for recording electrical signals simultaneously with the optical. Also at the request of the customer device is equipped tormostabilizirovannym ditches and pumps for pumping the analyte through the measuring cuvette. Options: removable prism (1,51 <= n <= 1,64) for the measurement of gas and liquid environments; glass lining (1,51 <= n <= 1,64, 20x 20 mm) with a deposited gold layer thickness of 45 nm, a set of interchangeable measuring cuvette of not more than 50 l; pump for pumping the analyte through the ditch, the flow rate of 1 l / min to 10,000 l / min.
