Given myocardial anoxia during operations with extracorporeal circulation it is advisable to protect the myocardium in various ways depending on the operation duration. In carrying out short-term IR apply KHOLODOVA kardiplegiyu (external cooling ice floe gruel). In long-term IR appropriate to apply farmokoholodovuyu cardioplegia (a combination of cardio solution "Kustadiol" with external cooling ice floe gruel). Solution "Kustadiol" was used for 62 patients with heart defects operated on under cardiopulmonary bypass in the Republican Scientific Center of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Department of the Republic of Tajikistan zdoravoohraneniya.
