Advantages over analogues: In order to study the relative influence of endokrinicheskih paste (known and proposed) on the healing of the wound and the osseointegration of the inflammation in the dynamics of experimental studies carried out on 60 animals - rabbits breed "Chinchilla" weighing 2.5-3 kg of both sexes. The animals were divided into groups, respectively implantable pastas.

Introduction Curiosin and imunofan coupled with sorbents and bone-seeking agents in their implantation stimulates reparative osteogenesis in the focus of damage bone tissue, which was established as a result of the experiment on animals. Application endokanalno Curiosin and imunofan in combination with the above mentioned drugs has a positive effect on the dynamics of clinical parameters in patients with chronic granulating periodontitis (CGP), both in the immediate and in the individual treatment time; indicators absence of clinical signs of inflammation in the study group, which used the Curiosin and imunofan were significantly higher than the control group, where for endodontic treatment as monotherapy used intracanal obstruction of official calcium hydroxide paste. Tested in the Tajik Institute of postgraduate medical training of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan.
