Purpose of the development: It is used in assessing the role of Helicobacter pylori in the genesis and progression of lesions of the oral cavity and stomach.

Advantages over analogues: A population survey of the population was held in Dushanbe. 1814 investigation of an entire people, the presence of H. pylori infection in the GPRS (oral mucosa) was detected in 1736 individuals (95.7%). Helicobacter pylori infection was observed among 78 (4.3%) patients. Of the total of 1814 patients examined in 1386 revealed an inflammatory disease parodonta.Ustanovlennaya total correlation in the degree of bacterial infection in the lining of the mouth and the stomach lining may be an additional method of detecting bacteria in the oral cavity for patients who are difficult to stomach endoscopy to obtain a biopsy of the mucosa.

Infection of Helicobacter pylori in a high degree is present in the oral cavity and the stomach of patients with pathology of the upper digestive tract. With increasing severity of the oral cavity increases the intensity of microbial settlement. The same pattern can be observed in the gastric mucosa. Tested in the Tajik Institute of postgraduate medical training of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan.
