Analysis of the structure of perinatal mortality showed that a large percentage is ante-and intrapartum fetal death (60%). It was revealed that at antenatal death in 65% of births were premature, 30% - term, and 5% of women - a belated. The substantial portion of antenatal mortality is placental insufficiency. Analysis of intrapartum deaths showed that out of the total number of cases of intrapartum fetal death more than half (51.5%) were from term delivery, 42% - for premature and 6% - belated, ie in contrast to the antenatal mortality in this group was dominated by full-term results. The most common cause of intrapartum death was placental pathology: PCHONRP - 55, PONRP - 45, the bleeding - 4.
