Fabric for underwear is made of ultra-thin strands of polyester and has a very dense structure. These technical properties of the fabric cause its barrier properties and extreme absorbency relative to liquids (sweat, blood and other bodily fluids). Linen is also characterized by good water vapor permeability. The effectiveness of the use of linen as a component of comprehensive treatment of patients with bronchial asthma was tested in the allergy department of the Kiev city hospital number 8. For these patients, treatment time was reduced by an average of 30-35%. As established specialists, linens performs the function of elimination of dust mites. Its use has a positive effect on the condition of patients who have sensebilizatsiya to household allergens. Subject to the conditions linen retains its color and good looks throughout the period of use. Underwear can be easily cleaned with a low-temperature washing (30-40 degrees) resistant to disinfectants; withstand at least 150 cycles of disinfection and washing without changing the basic properties, dries very quickly and does not require ironing.
