The staff of the National Aviation University developed a hardware - software system for monitoring and management of special mobile units, which is based on the integration of satellite radio navigation systems, wireless communications, and geographic information system (GIS). The system allows: keep track of any number of moving objects, to obtain information about the location of objects with precise localization on the map the direction and speed of movement, movement of objects to get statistics for any given period of time with the display on the map of the premises; obtain information about the objects traversed path in kilometers; ask individual mode of observation (in frequency and interval of fixation locations) for each of any number of objects at the same time a user or group of users can manage individual agents (group means) the movement of individual discussions with rights of access; to have regular contact with objects, to query the location of individual objects that are in a certain area, store the information in the database for each facility, including routes, messaging, etc.; specify intervals of receiving messages about the movement and the technical condition of vehicles: speed, coordinates, etc., to obtain information about sensor state information (fuel level, temperature, closing / opening of the door, etc.).
