INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR PREDICTING THE PROPERTIES OF THE MELTED SLAG "SHLAK"


Purpose of the development: Database "Shlakoobrzuyuschie mixture" is used to select the slagging mixture (SCO) in the continuous casting of steel and casting into molds and allows you to: - Obtain information about the chemical composition, properties, and purpose of the SCO; - To optimize the composition and properties of the SCO in the changing of charge and technological conditions razlichnvh casting billet steel grades in various sizes.   The base model is designed to organize and summarize the experimental data on the properties of slag by entering a set of integral parameters characterizing the structure of the slag in the relationship between the composition and properties.

Recommended application field: A computer system for predicting the properties of slag melts is for informational support of scientific research and technological development in the industry. The block structure makes it easy to adapt the system to new problems in other subject areas (eg, in the physical chemistry of high-temperature molten slag).

Kind of structure of the document include: keywords, bibliographic information, the purpose of the SCO, the initial state, the component structure, chemical composition, grain size distribution, the properties of steel grade, gauge blanks, the casting speed, the flow rate of the SCO, achieved effect. The base model includes a model for the calculation: - Integral criteria for defining the structure of slag; - The viscosity of slag; - The temperature of the melting slag; - The surface tension, density, electrical conductivity at various temperatures slag.
