The device operation is based on the absorption of infrared radiation by dust particles, which allows to obtain a linear relationship between the concentration of dust and a digital presentation of the results within the specified limits. Kostruktivno device configured as a single unit which includes a battery, an optical sensor control circuit, the conversion and display. The device comes with a charger. The optical sensor ensures efficient use of the power of infrared radiation and is protected against dust contamination. The battery pack provides continuous operation dust meter for 8 hours. The device is made of an intrinsically safe and explosion-proof. For the calibration of the instrument is provided in the installation work (optical) channel calibrator. Provides a complete metrology software that includes standard samples of coal dust, dust meter model and exemplary simulator dust. Extended range of measured concentration, ease of maintenance, a successful arrangement of nodes and affordable price provide the successful use of the device in the industry.
