ALLOY ALREZIST
Purpose of the development:
The new alloy which have improved wear resistance and low coefficient of linear expansion is used for manufacturing various parts ekspluatiruyuemyh at elevated temperatures.
Application:
- Details of the cylinders and pistons uprated engines;
- The details of devices that need to be improved dimensional stability and shape.

ALREZIST alloy is produced using new physical principles of structure, 15
Parts of it are made by compacting and extrusion. It uses a standard production equipment.
Two physical-mehanіchnі and service properties of the alloy ALREZIST guarantee:
- Stability of dimensions and shapes of parts of devices in a wide temperature range;
- Lower half abrasion contact "compression ring - piston groove";
- Lighter weight machine parts, which reduces the load and improves the dynamic equilibrium of the engine;
- Reducing the gap between the piston and the cylinder, which reduces the cost of oil, the level of noise and loss of power;
- Reducing the thermal growth of the size of pistons 40 - 60% compared with the Al alloy of 12% Si.
