Description of the development:
() The microstructure of the samples crossing transverse rod (diameter: 5.5 mm) composed essentially of pure ferrite inclusions tertiary cementite in a relatively evenly distributed fragments grid boundaries, thereby obtaining visokoplastichnih properties rod.
The actual grain size and the degree of contamination of non-metallic inclusions meet the requirements for low-carbon unalloyed steels.
The structure and properties of the metal wire rod drawing provided by metalware factories without intermediate annealing, which greatly reduces its processing.
A billet of metal of this composition is used in the production of low carbon stainless steel, heat resistant and special alloys.
