TEST SYSTEM FOR DNA ANALYSIS BY GMO REAL-TIME PCR


Purpose of the development: The complex test system is designed for the analysis of GMOs, which allows to carry out all stages of the analysis of DNA extraction to quantify GMOs.

Advantages over analogues: All test system based on the use of the principle of real-time PCR - the most reliable method of testing of GMOs, which allows you to both qualitative and quantitative analysis, 15 The method is very sensitive, high-performance and avoids the contamination of PCR products, 15 The kits for the qualitative detection of GMO (GMO SCREENING series) and to detect the DNA of plants and indetifikatsii (series PLANT IDENTIFICATION) included an internal positive control - a specially constructed reaction that is used to exclude false-negative results. Reagent Set "Sorb-GMO" is specifically designed for DNA extraction from plant materials, food and feed. The kit combines lysis using ionic detergent CTAB, ensuring maximum yield of DNA from plant components and cleaning on a sorbent, allowing to obtain the DNA solution as clean as possible. Test system series "GMO screening" allow for a full qualitative analysis of the sample for the presence of GMOs. In test systems of this series at the same time identified: plant genes to confirm the presence of plant components in the sample and the suitability of DNA for PCR analysis (especially useful for highly refined foods and foods exposed to strong heat or chemical treatment in order to avoid false-negative results) are specific to GMOs regulatory sequences (promoter and 35S terminator NOS) or genes. Test sitemy series "Plant Identification" are designed to detect and proxy authentication plant DNA. The series includes a universal test system for the detection of plant DNA and test systems for specific detection of soy, corn, potato, rice, tomatoes, beets, etc. The test system series "GMO identification" can solve the most important and difficult task of identifying line GMO vegetable. Of the 107 lines of GMOs produced in the world on an industrial scale, only 17 have successfully passed the safety assessment procedure for human health and are allowed to use, for example, in the Russian Federation. Test system series "of GMOs" are intended for the quantitative determination of the two types of GMOs: the total by 35S promoter and the specific GMO on a particular line.  Test systems come to form the finished tube with a reactive mixture, which only requires to make a DNA sample. This form of production reduces the likelihood of human error and the risk of contamination of reagents in the preparation of the mixture increases the reproducibility of results, and reduces the complexity of the analysis. Test system for the analysis of GMOs contain all the necessary positive and negative control samples, the quantitative test systems contain GMO standard calibration samples.
