The technology of granulation hops and medicinal plants, which comprises transforming the basic processes of the granules in the plant material, namely its predvatirelnoy drying in a two stage milling fractions (primary - 25 mm, and secondary - 4 mm) mixing particulate organic material, its granulation cooling the granulate and the allocation of it high quality pellets (pellets separation of dust). The peculiarity of the new technology is that all of these processes, which accompany the transformation of plant material into granules is carried out at a pressure close to atmospheric pressure and the temperature held for implementation of the method in the range from 10 ° C to 60 ° C, in addition, pre-drying the vegetable material is carried out at a humidity of 14 ± 4% and cooling processes of the granules and release it high granules (granules of dust separation) operate simultaneously.
