Wave power plant is a sea power complex which is established on anchors, and is intended to be used in the Black Sea and Azov Sea Basin. Wave power plant structure: platform with an emergency power source and a navigational security system; anchors system; energy-absorbing elements module; transmission; current generators and converters; cable system; coastal substation; power accumulation and power consumption control system.
