The functions of the main subsystems: The subsystem "of the charge" carries out the search for such settlement of the ore part of the charge, which is based on indicators of the quality and price of each potentially material cash, and the impact on the quality of the charge of coke provides the minimum cost of pig iron and thus satisfies all the constraints imposed by the user. The subsystem "LOADING" provides the mathematical modeling of load charge materials into the blast furnace by using various modifications of the cone and beskonusnyh boot devices, calculation the layers of the charge, the values ??of ore loads of coke and basicity of the radius of the charge furnace top. The subsystem "SLAG" allows using a mathematical model of evaluation of the basic properties of a given composition of the slag, and performs automated selection of the charge composition of the materials available to achieve the desired basicity and optimize the properties of the slag. The subsystem "blast" implements the calculation of the given parameters of complex technological parameters blast blast blast furnace mode, and produces the calculated choice of parameter values ??blast that ensure the maintenance of the complex parameters in a given optimal level. The subsystem "SIMULATOR" provides simulated in an accelerated time scale smelting process conditions of any blast furnace, operating under specific conditions, and allows engineers to develop uniform with the right approach to the management of thermal and gas-dynamic modes blast furnace.
