Purpose of the development: A comprehensive mathematical model is designed for the analysis of degassing of molten metal.

Recommended application field: metallurgy

Advantages over analogues: Estimation of the degassing of metal available at: atmospheric pressure, vacuuming, blowing metal gases such as through the bottom of the bucket, as well as a recessed lance and hardening of continuous casting. The costs for the inert gas purge are 0.3-2.0 m3 / ton Replacing argon nitrogen can significantly reduce the cost of gas to purge the metal bucket. Use of the mixture influences the macrostructure of the preform, the amount of nonmetallic inclusions and mechanical properties. In the vacuum processing crafty argon gas mixture - nitrogen does not alter the kinetics and mechanism of removing oxygen and hydrogen from steel, and delivery of the metal oxide Purge mixture decreases due to its discharge into the bladder through the surface and SB.
