Structurally, the machine consists of a spindle head mounted on a compound slide with CNC. In the headstock spindle is odnopoyasnym of two-or clamp the workpiece. After timing belt is connected to the spindle frequency-controlled main spindle motors. Left and right of the headstock is incisive snap. The units are fixed as a stationary tool and a power tool for processing keyways, transverse drill holes, milling flats and so on. The machine is equipped with automatic workpiece loading and automatic unloading of finished products. Constructively has drive blanks and finished parts. Processing is performed in an automatic loop. Control programs can be entered directly from the control panel or load from your personal computer, an automatic system of technical programming via the serial interface.
