Purpose of the development: TAK-101 is designed for machining simple profile with the maximum number of transitions to 6. TAK-101/102 (rod) to mass production for the machining of bar or tube. The first unit is working with the rod, a length of 1 meter. Next to the supporting device mounted automatic loading device with the drive at 10 bars. The blank is fed automatically step into the left spindle, processed, cut off. For the option of TAK-102 then automatically transferred (to the coup) to the right spindle for further processing.

Recommended application field: The machine is designed to operate in high volume and mass production.

Structurally, the machine is a box-like cast iron from modified with internal stiffeners. Inside mounted: Spindle on five radical thrust bearings, slide longitudinal slide having two working faces for fixing the cutting tool; camshaft continuously variable speed control.
