Purpose of the development: Development can be successfully used for the thermal treatment of many kinds of metal bulky (thick tubes rolls, turnout, etc.).

Recommended application field: Oil and gas transportation

Advantages over analogues: -increase Pipelines due to the increase of the complex mechanical properties of the metal connecting parts with diameters up to 1420 mm with wall thickness up to 80mm from the finish hardening heat treatment the level of K60 (H70) above; - A decline of 15-20% of the wall thickness of parts and reduction of metal piping, welding cost in the manufacture of stamped metal parts in the factory and mounting them on the road; -reduction of gas consumption for heating parts for quenching and tempering through the use of modern pulse regenerative burners, modern insulating materials, systems management and control processes.
