The physical and chemical design principles and methods for producing composites that are reinforced with CNT in the metal melts_ The methods developed for surface functionalization of CNT by applying nanoscale coatings of various compounds containing metals_ According to the results of molecular dynamics simulations using the mechanism of the growth of CNT. According to this mechanism there is a step carbide by reacting with carbon atoms catalysts atoms graphene sheet, which leads to rolling the sheet to form nanotubes_ Thanks to new technologies and surface engineering of nano-coating provides improved wettability of CNT liquid media and protect them from unwanted interactions. This gives the opportunity to design a wide range of composites with metal, ceramic and polymer matrix nanostrukturovannoy with exceptional mechanical, thermal and / or electrical properties. q
