Purpose of the development: The air heaters are used for heating incoming air by exhaust conbustion gas of industrial furnaces.

Recommended application field: They are used in high-temperature smelting and heating furnaces in metallurgy and engineering and construction materials industreis.

Advantages over analogues: They have a higher heat exchange rate and are compact, easy to install and reliable. These heaters reduce fuel consumption by 20-30%.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Three dimensiontypes (modules) of the heaters have been developed with a capacity of 150 , 350 and 850 cu.m. of air per hour, allowing to assemble heaters of any desired capacity.
