Purpose of the development: The plants serve for pneumatic druing, sorting and thermal treatment of polydisperse materials.

Recommended application field: They are used in treating (dust-control) of mineral fertilizers, investment, and expanded perlite production.

Advantages over analogues: Expended perlite production lines including such plants allow integrated zero-discharge processing of perlite raw materials giving a wide range of perlite prodacts fit for manufactoring filter perlite, light-weight concrete aggregates and heat-insulating material.

These include fluidizated bed units, fireboxes, cyclones, bag filters, blowers, smoke exhausters, and control-and-measure and automation systems and serve for pneumatic druing, sorting and thermal treatment of polydisperse materials. The plants ensure high-quality dust-control or sorting into several narrow fractions and neutralization of loose materials contaminated with hidrocarbons.
