SINGLE-SITE CATALYST FOR THE (CO) POLYMERIZATION OF ETHYLENE
Purpose of the development:
Readily available non-metallocene catalysts for the (co) polymerization of ethylene with different indices of crystallinity, density, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution.
Recommended application field:
The chemical industry
Advantages over analogues:
The advantage of this method is its simplicity, because the method is carried out in two stages: I - one-step formation of the metal complex - precursor, II - reacting the precursor with AL-organic compound.

Description of the development:
() A method for preparing single-site catalyst for the (co) polymerization of ethylene. The process of obtaining these catalysts is based on the available raw materials. The method is economical, does not require a large expenditure of expensive AL-organic compounds and other solvents.
Obtained by the process I step on metal complexes are stable upon storage. Catalysts based on them remain active in primary one year or more. When the polymerization active centers formed the same nature, contribute to the formation of polymers with narrow MMP (Mw / Mn <3).
