Purpose of the development:
Intercom and Switching Equipment (ICSE) is intended to be used on mobile armoured vehicles

FUNCTIONAL POSSIBILITIES
Intercom and Switching Equipment (ICSE) is provides the following functional possibilities:
- interior, interior address and interior circular two-way duplex telephone communication with all subscribers of object (listening to the own speech);
- simplex radio telephone communication through USW (SW) radio stations and radio modem ÐÌ ØÏÑ from all working places of ICSE;
- simultaneous interior or exteroir (in the mode of USW radio station control by means of remote control unit) two-way telephone communication from two telephone sets taken away as far as up to 1000 meter’s distance;
- exterior two-way telephone communication over two of ten two-wired communication lines up to 10 km long simultaneously from two working places of ICSE;
- transmission of telecode information through USW (SW) radio stations and radio modem ÐÌ ØÏÑ or over dedicated two-wired communication lines of up to 10 km long;
- for every working place there is a possibility of individual listening in the communication helmet’s phones of a special audio signal of computer of the given working place;
- possibility of listening to signal from ÃÎ-27 equipment in the communication helmets’ phones of all working places irrespective of the ICSE operating modes;
- possibility of signal level smooth adjustment in phones by means of volume controls irrespective of each subscriber;
- reception of telephone information by remote loudspeakers;
- transmission and reception of callas over radio stations and wired telephone lines, their audio and optical indication;
- emergency power supply from the battery.
