At present, traditional oxygen (autogenous) cutting is the most common way of cutting low-carbon low-alloy steels. It is based on the ability of the metal to burn in the stream of commercially pure oxygen to remove this jet resulting products of combustion. Designed 3 rezakovy endless rotation unit allows oxyfuel with different profiles of the edges (V, X, Y, and K). The unit is controlled from the CNC via an additional coordinate C. Maintaining the working gap cutters relative to the cut sheet by means of the stabilization system with a capacitive sensor. The firing torches carried by the non-contact ignition system. It is possible to program control switching on and off of each cutter. Gas-oxygen machine company "TECHMASH" as standard equipped with industrial equipment made ??by JSC "EFFECT", but can be fitted with valves and torches from other manufacturers.
