The main content of the results is to improve the efficiency and quality of administrative decisions in the field of communication and information. In particular, it is assumed: assessment of the potential of e-commerce as a condition for the interest of investors in the investment of money in solving the issues of communication and informatization of Ukraine, where now there are the most problems, and not enough budget; assessment of the potential impact of the introduction of e-commerce on the content of the State Budget, as well as proposed measures to prevent the use of these technologies for tax evasion; information that will be used to facilitate the integration of Ukraine into the European community. Developed in the draft proposal will form the basis of development and introduction of elements of centralized information and methodological support for e-commerce from the state. Proposals should be the basis of regulations that must be initiated by the State Committee of Ukraine, taking into account the need to integrate into the world community.
