Purpose of the development: Horizontal resistance heating furnace is designed for automated thermal processing (drying, annealing, film deposition from the gas phase) at normal pressure in a controlled working medium gases.

Technical characteristic: Power ininlet - a network of three-phase 380 V water - tap, the flow rate of less than 0.4 m3 / h extraction capacity of at least 100 m3 / h technical characteristics Mode - semi-automatic. Inner diameter quartz reactor - 150 mm. The length of the reactor core - 800 mm. Operating Temperature Range - 150-1100 ° C. Uneven temperature distribution along the length of the working zone at 300-1100 ° C - ± 2 ° C. Instability maintaining the temperature at any point in the work area at 300-1100 ° C - no worse than 1,5 ° C. One-pot, three-section electric furnace automated heat treatment operations at all stages of the management process of the microprocessor-controlled parameters. Loading and unloading of workpieces and materials - manual. There is a two-channel system with gas pressure regulators and flow rate of gas (eg, nitrogen and hydrogen). Electric device: - Horizontal heating chamber is fixed on the basis of the instrument has three sections with a platinum helical heater thermocouple in each section. - Inside the heater is installed quartz reactor with a ground-glass stopper to seal before closing process technology. - Submission of gas produced through the union, located near the inlet flange of the reactor. - Reset the gas produced via two connecting pipes located above and under the tail of the reactor. Fittings connected to the reset line of the gas through a special valve. Features: - Control the speed of the heating and cooling of the reactor. - Separate reset of heavy and light gases from the reactor (short-time replacement of the working gas purge and vice versa). - Can be installed in a clean room. Work electric automated microprocessor-based control computer with three controllers ITR2523 regulators and gas flow meter IT2512. Control functions: - Provide real-time on a given sequence diagram with an audible signal the end of the production cycle. - Providing a block off the heater power supply in case of overheating in any of the sections. - Submission of sound and light signal, switching to special ranges such as "accidents" involving actions in order to avoid an emergency situation (overheating, lack of water flow in the cooling system of the camera, the deviation of the pressure in the arteries of working gas off ventilation). - Tolerance control of temperature, gas flow and pressure at the inlet working gas supply lines. - Provide visual inspection of the electric furnace for dynamic mimic. - Record diagnostic messages. - Temperature and time are set technical process technologies and a control system in automatic mode.
