Purpose of the development: The line is designed for applying high quality corrosion coating on metal sheets and profiles by removing rust, scale or other foreign inclusions and snow, ice, mud, followed by blasting and painting.

The line consists of: Input roller conveyor - receiving sheet and transfer it to the processing; preheat thermal camera - removing snow, ice, oil, cleaning of dirt, preheating to create the conditions for productive work blasting installation; connection with the transition roller 2 pcs. - the connection process areas, providing a visual and technical inspection, maintenance personnel to ensure the transition to the other side of the line; shot blasting machine - removing scale, rust and surface preparation for the application of anti-corrosion coating; dust filter - the collection of used fractions, fractions suitable office for re-use and feed it into the working tank; spray booth - the application of anti-corrosion coating on both sides of the paper automatically; Plate konveqer - reducing the possibility of violations of the freshly applied coating and the movement of the sheet through a drying tunnel; drying tunnel - providing conditions for drying anticorrosion coatings; Output roller - transportation and delivery of the sheet on the thermal cut after going through the complete production cycle of treatment.
