SEALING RINGS
Purpose of the development:
Sealing rings are used in conduits of 1st and 2nd contours of the reactor VVER-1000.
Recommended application field:
Nuclear power engineering
Technical characteristic:
Rings of thermally exfoliated grafite:
Extermal diameter, mm - 31-850;
Density, g*sm-3 - 1.2 - 1.6
Temperature, degrees C - up to 500,
Pressure, MPa - up to 50.
Rings made of the powders of nickel alloys:
Conditional yield strength, MPa - less than 100,
Density - close to theoretical.

Description of the development:
() Sealing rings made of thermally exfoliated graphite powders are produced with reinforcing elements of stainless steel or without them depending on the conditions of exploiting.
Sealing rings are produced of metallic powders based on nickel alloys.
These wares are used in conduits of 1st and 2nd contours of the reactor VVER-1000.
