HEATED ELECTRODE BOILER


Purpose of the development: The development of the electric boiler, which uses the principle of electrode heating the coolant, low power consumption, small size, ease of use.

Recommended application field: This product focuses on the sale to the population for the establishment of individual heating systems in homes and apartments, as well as for small businesses.

Technical characteristic: Designed electrode heated boiler (candy bar - a control unit, control unit, the electrode heater), which has the technical characteristics: - Supply voltage 220 ??V AC 50 Hz; - Maximum power of 5 kW boiler; - Heated area (volume) of office space of 100 m2 (230 m3); - Electric power regulation from 1 kW to 5 kW boiler in 1 kW; - A range of extreme temperatures up to 95 ° C; - Smooth regulation of the boiler outlet temperature from 40 ° C to 85 ° C; - Control of temperature difference between the fluid temperature and the boiler outlet temperature of the fluid of the boiler; - Monitoring of the current consumption of 10 to 22.5 A; - Dimensions 300x280h100 mm; - Weight of 4 kg.

The aim of the project is to develop an electric heated appliance that uses the principle of electrode heating the coolant, low power consumption, small size, ease of use. In district heating systems are generally used systems with water heating by burning fuel oil, natural gas or coal. Most of the individual heating systems use natural gas. The price of such boilers varies from UAH 1500. above. With that there are problems with the installation of such heated boilers.        Higher tariffs on public utilities and heating leads to the need for the establishment of the apartments and homes of individual heating systems. However, a significant increase in the price of natural gas as a result of the lack of sufficient in Ukraine's own reserves of natural gas, which is used in heated boilers does not allow the public to solve the problem with significant utility costs.        On the other hand, in Ukraine there is an excess of production of electrical energy. However, the wide spread of the resistors electric boilers took place, resulting in low performance. The resistors boiler consumes a significant amount of power to the heating itself for a long time, the need for periodic maintenance, cleaning the surfaces of heaters or the use of expensive materials. At the same dimensions TENovyh boiler is to compare with the size of gas boilers, resulting in a limited area of ??contact with the coolant. But the use of electricity as the main source of energy in Ukraine is promising.        Solution to the problems that arise when using TENovyh electric boilers - the use of another principle - the heating of the electrode carrier. The energy efficiency of these systems is two times higher than the efficiency of water heaters, the resistors. Moreover, the speed of water heating electrode boilers dominate the few times any other system of heated boiler (natural gas, electric Tenova).        On the Ukrainian market are known electrode boilers heated hearth, volcanoes, geysers, which are produced by Galan (Russia), as well as Fast and Furious - the plant Meridian (m Kiev) manufactured under license from GALA. The basic ideas and development, which are the basis of the project.       Electrode boiler works by passing a current through the coolant (water). Passing alternating current electrolysis can not be described, since there is only ionized fluid oscillations of the ions from the industrial frequency of 50 Hz and a heating fluid (electrolysis transference of electrode material takes place only at a constant current). The process of heating the coolant in electric comes at the expense of ionization, ie the splitting of the carrier molecules into positively and negatively charged ions that move respectively to the negative and positive electrodes, providing that energy, that is the process of heating the coolant goes directly without the "middleman "(eg tena).      An ionization chamber, where this process, small size, because there is a sharp warming up the coolant and as a result, increase its pressure (at maximum power the device - to 2 atmospheres).     Thus, the electric is both a heating and circulating pump, which saves consumers a lot of money.      In the electrode boiler heater is playing the role of the fluid itself.
