Purpose of the development: It is directed on the operative control of a land-reclamation status of irrigated soils and substantiation complex - reclamation work on conservation and increase of a level of their fertility.

Technical and economic effect: The intrusion and realization of the develop under production conditions will enable to raise a minimum on 30-50% an economic efficiency of irrigated agriculture in conditions of intensification of agricultural production.

Feature of irrigated agriculture in Ukraine is that about 80% of the areas of irrigated soils is concentrated in zone of diffusion of chernozems and dark-chestnut soils which are very sensitive to changing of conditions of pedogenesis and especially to quality of sprinkling waters. The method of soil-ecological monitoring of the chernozems irrigated by waters different irrigative quality are designed on a south of Odessa region and practical realizated it in experimental working conditions.
