Purpose of the development: Instruments for monitoring the technical condition of insulation designed to determine the site of the accident with the backup data on the state of heating systems on the computer. By their composition comprises: control-mounter - is used as a tester for the continuity and insulation of moisture during the installation of wires at the joints; detector - stationary or portable display unit; localizer - used for localization of abnormal changes in the technical condition of the pipeline isolation and determination of the place of the accident; reflectometer - portable or stationary high digital device that is used in conjunction with a computer. Used as a basic unit together with other instruments of control that allows to record, organize, and archive the data on the state of insulation, kelly, integrity waterproofing membranes. In association with a laptop computer allows to analyze the data in the retrospective dynamics and to detect at an early stage of abnormal changes in the technical specifications of the containment, thermal insulation and steel pipe heating systems. In particular, to predict their service life and prevent accidents during operation.
