Purpose of the development: The system is designed for remote control of level, temperature, and density of light oil (SORT), calculate the volume and mass of a stationary tanks of petrol stations (gas stations), automated intake and SNP and related products, notifications about leaks and modulations in real time.

Technical characteristic: Specifications:     - Measurement of oil and produced water in the tanks up to 3 m from the commercial accuracy of ± 1 mm;     - Measurement of the density of petroleum products with an accuracy of ± 0,15%;     - Temperature measurement with an accuracy of ± 0,5 ° C in the range of - 40 ° C to + 50 ° C;     - Control of fuel to leak into the space between the walls, in the technical pit and under the dispenser;     - Operating mode - continuous (non-stop);     - The maximum number of tanks controlled by the complex - 16 units;     - Unit housing BDP, mounted on the tank, provides a degree of protection IP54;     - Power supply is provided by a complex network of single-phase AC voltage (220 +20, -30), frequency (50 ± 1) Hz;     - Power consumption of the complex at its maximum configuration does not exceed 500 VA;     - Equipment is explosion-proof type of protection "Intrinsic safety";     - Type of protection - "1ExibllAT4" and "0ExibllAT4".

The complex consists of two main parts:    - Electronic Funds Transfer BOT designed for automated delivery of petroleum and related products;     - System "Tank-2", designed for remote control of level, temperature, and density of light oil. The complex offers: - delivery of petroleum products and related products using cash or on a cashless basis through e-cards, records of incoming payments and refined products and related products, printing checks and control cash register tapes, recording payments received in the computer memory for report generation shift (balance), followed by printing and transmitting them via a communication channel to a central control room, control of the operator's actions and protection against unauthorized access to the memory, which can lead to distortion or destruction of accounting information or cause undesired operation of the complex, a diagnostic check of the complex. Service life - 15 years manufacturer's warranty - 3 years.
