Purpose of the development: Polypropylene is resistant to most corrosive substances, which allows the use of the capacity of the storage material: sulfuric, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, caustic soda, acetone, coagulants, solutions of salts, solutions of alkalis and other aggressive substances.

Recommended application field: Applications: poliropilena products can be applied: as cabinets for the storage of chemical reagents; as wall and floor coverings for chemical laboratories as tanks, mixers, as a corps of cells (for the preparation of sodium hypochlorite) for the manufacture and storage of mineral fertilizers , for the manufacture and storage of drugs, medical products, for the manufacture and storage of detergents for the transport of aggressive substances in the electroplating and pickling production.

Tanks for storage of aggressive substances, the vessel form: cylinder, square, truncated cone, custom shapes on request. Accommodation capacity: indoors and outdoors, cum and buried. Rail: containers on request can be equipped with flanges, metal and plastic threads, mixers, taps, pumps and valves. Volume from 300 liters to 100 cubic meters. Made of polypropylene capacity in the hard metal case for transportation of corrosive substances.    - Galvanic baths: resistance of polypropylene to most corrosive substances can use the equipment at all stages of plating (etching) production. The high wear resistance of polypropylene allows the product 20 years or more. Form plating baths - rectangular. Depending on the size and volume can be framed or frameless.    - Tanks with agitators mixers: mixers are supplied with electrical power. Mixers designed for mixing aggressive solutions, including various liquids used in the food industry. Also produced container mixers from propylene, appointed by these agitators. The mixer is mounted with four bolts on the tank lid-mixer.   - Units etching, chemical plants harness: Made of polypropylene units are made of etching, which are equipped with all the necessary equipment - chemical-resistant pumps, fans, scrubbers, and connecting zaparno reinforcement. Also vypolnyayuts work on piping with plastic pipes, shutoff valves and connecting enterprises working with corrosive chemicals.    - Ducts: air supply and exhaust ventilation system working in wet and corrosive environments, it is advisable to equip air ducts made of polymeric materials. They can be applied in pickling and electroplating industries, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, offices cleaning of railway rolling stock and transport companies. Sectional shape of the duct: a rectangular round. the minimum diameter of a circular cross section: 100 mm.
