The invention relates to refrigeration, in particular for refrigerating apparatus for freezing a wide range of liquid food mixtures. Apparatus for freezing liquid food mixtures with intermediate organosilicon a coolant can be used in trade and catering for a wide range of freezing mixtures of liquid food, such as juices, beverages, etc. Using a silicone substance as an intermediate cooling medium makes it possible to get a modern energy intensity apparatus for freezing liquid food mixtures permits to prevent a negative impact on the environment, eliminate the destructive effect of glycol on the structural elements of the machine, to improve the quality of finished products
